We are a family oriented business that comes into the home to provide skilled/non-skilled medical home health services. Here at Katy Dreamweaver Home Health Services not only do we provide skilled and professional services, we are also commited to compassionate care. We value our employees and their contributions as professional nurses, the professional and clients/parents who entrust us the care of their special needs children, and the community with whom we partner to create a healthier future. 

 These programs service children up to 20 years of age. We provide Private Duty Nursing (PDN), Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Thearapy (SLP) and Personal Care Attendants (PCA). We are prepared to service all of the HMO companies as of November 1st 2016. The HMO is Parent's Choice and they must choose ASAP to make sure their HMO program is still accepting new clients. We accept United Healthcare, Texas Childrens Health Plan (TCHP) AmeriGroup and Superior.
